HOW TO LOOK LIKE TAYLOR LAUTNER?

For anybody who wants to look like Taylor Lautner, the first thing you need to do is forget everything you’ve ever learned about working out…and avoid the big 3 exercises at all costs:

1. Squats
2. Bench Press
3. Deadlifts

Although these are great exercises, they won’t help you achieve the abs and physique like Taylor Lautner.
